Stop working with no response from support – Social Network Analyzer Review

Worked fine and then it stopped. I tried troubleshooting and I emailed support twice. No one responded and I cannot email support b/c the app no longer works for me to send support a message from the app. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! APP IS UNSUPPORTED, it DOESN’T WORK, and I can only assume the app creators abandoned this app!
