garbage service – Amuse Music Distribution Review

the service team (or whoever’s handling accounts as well as whoever’s handling emails), are completely naive and disrespectful. i haven’t been able to take even ONE TRACK down, because despite how much ive tried to email/contact amuse, it takes days for one response, and i have yet to get anywhere in terms of progress on deleting the track. the customer support is completely awful, anyone i’ve tried contacting @ the amuse cs email has been so rude or unhelpful, it would’ve been less stress just to have not contacted them. i am truly amazed at how long it takes to get anything done with amuse, and how poor their service is.
