DO NOT BUY – Talking Carl Review

I got this because I thought it would be fun. But I can’t even open the app. It just crashes every time. I turned my phone off and on. It still won’t open. Now I don’t care because it’s only 99 cents but if I’m paying for it at all I expect it to work.
