Great App for real estate investors. Super functional! – Property Fixer - Real Estate Investment Calculator Review

I have been using this app for about 3 months now and it is great. I was looking for a spreadsheet to help me track my improvement costs, financing fees, holding costs, etc... And this app does that and more. It will also take all that information and prepare a report that looks super professional and will be sure to impress your investors. The developer is really responsive, I emailed him about an issue I had and he responded within hours, then corrected the issue within days...!
