Worst support ever. Mediocre app/tools – Zappar Review

Zappa studio is a great tool once you understand what is going on. However, there isn’t an acceptable amount of support from their support team between emails and forum posts. iOS 14 is bugged and unusable for webAR. It’s been over a month since anyone had responded regarding the issue. To summarize what they said, “we are aware and addressing the issue. You can send you project to us so we can look at the issue further.” No I don’t want to send my project to you. The last time I tried to get an issue fixed, I received documentation I already read and is out of date. Told to follow instructions with no instructions, “I referred to the documentation. Just follow it.” I’ve worked tech support. When were vague instructions to follow old instructions and no screen caps to your support tickets ever helpful? Update: George is one of the worst support technicians I’ve worked with and would recommend to request or resubmit your support ticket under a new email.
