Theft — took money and gave me nothing – Vogue Knitting Review
It’s SO disgraceful that you keep emailing people with products WHEN YOU DON’T DELIVER THE PRODUCTS ALREADY PAID FOR.
I’m filing a complaint with the NJ Dept. of Consumer Services for theft. I paid for an issue that you claimed was available in the app. It’s not. I have emailed through your webpage for Contact Us several times. No one responded. I have called. No one returns my call. I am done.
My next steps:
1. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
2. Filing a complaint with the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs
3. Going public with 9 on Your Side
Fix this problem. Now. I realize that you have decided to stop publication and are going out of business, but that does not preclude behaving ethically until then.
