Unable to login app but fine on computer – Delta Dental Mobile Review

I signed up myself and spouse on November 7, 2020 on my computer with no issues. On Sunday, November 8, 2020, I installed this mobile app on my iPhone 11 running iOS 14.1, but each time I try to login with the exact same userid/password combination that works flawlessly on a laptop computer, the mobile app says incorrect userid or password and that my account might be locked if I keep trying the same values. Reasonably good design, ruined by horrible implementation, at least for brand new enrollments. Don’t waste your time trying to use the mobile app and make sure you have a laptop computer to use instead of this worthless pile of electons.
