Fun app but... – GoArt – AI Art Image Generator Review

This is a fun app with lots of free effects. I assumed when I bought the coins to purchase additional effects that I would be able to use the effect going forward. Evidently it is a one time use only. Nowhere does it say that and I could not find any way to contact the developer. This seems misleading.
