I feel they scammed me My subscription never work – Video Saver - Edit, Trim, Flip Review

Im realize that I been paid for the last 4 moths but the app doesn’t allow download more the 4 videos and the ads still in the app. I’m paid a subscription but my app is still not updated I have to unsubscribe because they scammed me
