App crashing – Frame Artist Pro - Photo Collage Editor - Design Scrapbook by Pic Layout and FX Filters For Instagram Review

I’ve used this app for years and I have never had any problems till now. The minute I want to choose/open my photos it kicks me out of the app completely. I’m trying to reach technical support or the app website page and it says it’s not found...? WTH!
