DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME – DoubleU Casino™ - Vegas Slots Review

I got this app because of my coworker. She said it was really good. I played for about a month or two before hitting any grand symbols. I got 6 symbols and started doing the bonus respins (Like a lock it link feature) and it gave me about 12 symbols with two of them being grand symbols. The slot then froze up. I could click the menu button and other buttons but the slots would not move or pay me out. I went to support for help, but they treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have video and picture proof of it happening and they’re trying to tell me I didn’t win anything. Terrible customer service as I have completely read all the rules and pay lines and bonus games.
