App is great - Developer is not. – Chromecast Streamer Review

I would rate the app a 6 out of 5, if possible. Recently, I bought a new iPhone 12 and was hoping that since I had iCloud backup, I wouldn’t have to worry about restoring my purchase. All of my 119 apps restored successfully except this one. When I clicked on restore purchase it keeps saying “Restore Failed”. My lifetime subscription is gone. The app developer wouldn’t respond on Facebook messenger and that is the only way to contact with them. I do not want to pay again for my lifetime subscription. I want it restored.
