Can’t even sign in! – Printful App Review

You guys want us to pay for a subscription service ( Printful pRo) now yet can’t even get your app to work correctly. I’ve been trying to sign in for a week now and can’t on the APP, not on the computer. I’m using a iPhone X. What’s the eta for this fix?? **Update 11/2/20 - They finally respond 5hrs ago and of course I’m able to get in now. But no response before today is really killing it for me.
