Lost all of my progress – Flip – Share, Discover, Be You Review

I made this video that took me 3 hours, and this confusing GUI caused me to loose all that progress after leaving the recorder which I thought submitted it. I needed to go through my video sections but I deleted the other slides for whatever reason.
