Equalizer won’t work – JENSEN DSP AMP SMART APP Review

When I connect the app to the amp as soon as it connects it cuts out where you can customize for highs and lows and I’ve tried everything an nothing works still cuts out every time I connect to the app please fix it if not I’m going with another amp and saying screw it with Jensen this will be the second time I got screwed on a Jensen
