Not getting support anymore – Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary Review

Hi Alicia, Apologies for the delay over the weekend. We received your message on Friday but you have again sent several messages, which we have already explained can cause excess delays. As we have mentioned many times, your game is linked to your Facebook so your reinstall will not lose your game. However I just checked your data again there have not been any errors in your data now since the 12th of October so there is probably no need for the reinstallation now. We are closing this message thread. Please remember what we have said. We will only respond if we can find an issue with your game data, any other issues you may experience are not related to the game data and are not our responsibility. Runaway Player Support This is really bad this is stupid I’m already having problems as it is so if I lose some thing they’re not gonna answer. And tomorrow I have no idea what’s gonna happen everything‘s a nightmare I have a better relationship with a different company I’ve been blocked from everything sorry runaway. This is what they said to me. Not getting help from either side you guys and you’re support team. If I lose all my progress and I don’t get it back I’m done I put over may be $1000 into your games and this is how I get treated you treat everybody like this I’m the worst. Support doesn’t support me anymore about anything can you talk to them or are you with them as well if I lose stuff there’s a good chance I’m not getting it back and if I don’t get it back I mean if it’s small stuff that I can get back on my own fine. But if it’s something big and they don’t get it back for me I’m done as much as I enjoy these games I don’t want that to happen but I’ve been treated horribly.
