Really fun but recent updates have performance issues – Bacon – The Game Review

Been playing this game for over a year now and it’s been great fun! I was really excited to see an update (1.5) after quite some time but was disappointed that the update actually caused the game to frequently lag on my device (XS, iOS 13.5). A day after 1.5, 1.51 was released and I expected these issues to be at least somewhat resolved. Instead, the lag issues still persist and now my device actually begins to heat up. I could understand the device heating up with a graphically intensive game like a racing game, but a silly game about tossing bacon? None of this never happened with this game before version 1.5 so I hope that these issues can eventually be resolved. Until then, stay away from these updates.
