I was wrong – Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Review

I remember when I first saw this game advertised and was turned off due to the different way the duels are formatted, thinking it wouldnt be as fun as the classic TCG. Boy was I wrong, this game is actually a blast to play, nothing too stellar but one of the better gatcha/card games on mobile devices. I do love the fact that the VAs reprised their roles though, really adds that nostalgic feel from the anime! And so far I have not spent any money for in-game content. If you do the missions you get plenty of gems and other items to help you advance. Though word of advice, it would be best to figure out what type of deck you want to use before you start buying booster packs, as this game is still a gatcha so collecting everything will be incredibly difficult/time consuming, that is if you don't want to spend any money. So it would be best to plan ahead and figure out what deck you want to play and then open booster packs that drop cards that you want to have in said deck.
