Why would Varo side with a company that admitted to planning on refunding my money ? – Varo: Existing Users Only Review

So I have been with Varo for over five years had no problem until this past year . I spoke with your customer service and while yes they are nice they don’t give you a straight answer. I had an issue with a company that didn’t fulfill their part of my purchase . I called your customer service was honest told the truth I could have denied ever making the purchase but I didn’t because it was such an open and shut case. I had screen shots of my conversations with the customer service agents of the company I had issues with. They had promised me a refund I had waited the advised time and again charged with the agents of that company only for them to tell me they already refunded me my money. Except they didn’t they were acting like everything on their end was fine and everything went through. Obviously they were lying I sent my screen shots about four different times . I stressed myself out so many times stating my case to be denied. What reason does varo have to deny my complaint . The company itself even said I was to get my refund in seven days then when I didn’t I again brought it to their attention. Your customer service agents couldn’t explain anything fix anything and kept blaming me for why they weren’t receiving my evidence and emails . I think your company knows exactly what they are doing and denying my complaint because I complained on the matter so hard. How can I be wrong about charges I made I though this bank account was for me shouldn’t my word matter . I’m looking for a new bank since I just recurved the SBA loan I put varo but I’m changing that right now because I obviously can’t trust you guys . Look into my account and you explain to me like I am a four year old child why would I be denied when I showed so many reasons for a refund .
