Decent app but not upfront at all about pricing – Aaptiv: #1 Audio Fitness App Review

I was charged for a yearly subscription today out of nowhere - I hadn’t used the app for a year. They were not upfront AT ALL about pricing and when I would get charged. And there is also no way to cancel your subscription from the app. Not sure if there is even a way from your phone at all. If there is, they’ve managed to hide it very well since I spent 5’ and couldn’t find it. I had to log in their website to do it. I might have considered renewing it when prompted with the 50% off offer but this level of transparency is garbage. I don’t want to have anything to do with this company anymore.
