Purchase issues – Better Font-s Cool Keyboard-s Review

So I had accepted the “free trial”, which -as far as I was aware, unlocked all the premium features of the keyboard/app. Unfortunately it did not do that and I was still unable to access a lot of the stuff on the keyboard. I kept getting a pop up to unlock those features. I could either pay $1.99, or I could pay with 2,000 coins from the app. Well, I had 1,000 coins in the app already... and to purchase the remaining 1,000 needed - it was only $0.99. So I forked out the extra $0.99 (all while my “free trial” is apparently active) so that I could finally have full access to it all. That didn’t work either. I am now getting the same alert on the app that I need to purchase the same thing I just purchased for either $1.99 or 2,000 coins ? So I now have a completely useless active “free trial” that does not let you try anything more than you have in the first place, and a $1.99/2,000 coin (or in my case 1,000 coins and $0.99) upgrade that - STILL - hasn’t given me any more features than I had started out with. - Not to mention the “daily free spin” on the slot machine - is not giving me my daily free spin, nor will it allow me to purchase any spins! I will update my rating once all this is straightened out and my money and coins refunded.
