New version doesn’t work on iPhone – Flip – Share, Discover, Be You Review

My kids are dependent on this app to receive feedback from their dance teacher. After the recent update to the app, we can no longer upload videos. It says msg processing is taking longer than usual pls try again. This happens every single time I tried.
