Bought but didn’t get – Wolf Tales - Online RPG Sim 3D Review

So yesterday I’ve got enough gems to buy 4 foxes after I bought them they did not show up in my den and I just feel like that’s a rip off and I want my gems back so if you can do anything about this please do.
