Incredibly rude managers – Takumi: Connect with brands Review

I had done quite a few campaigns with Takumi (for very low pay). I was approved for another one and I got all the items I needed to shoot it and booked a day with a photographer. The campaign manager then VERY rudely told me that I had been removed from the campaign for not clicking a specific button that quite literally didn’t show up on my side of the app. I tried to talk to her and sent her screenshots and she said it was my fault and that she didn’t care - I should have contacted them if it wasn’t there (how would I know?). She also told me she didn’t care that I had already invested time and money into the shoot and that I was “out.” Never have I been treated so badly in this industry.
