Can’t connect – VIZIO Mobile Review

Haven’t been able to connect to my TV for over a month. Emailed support and they could not help. Told me to try another phone. I don't have another phone. TV only came with a "dumb" remote which means I cannot access any settings or anything. Fix this, it's garbage.
