Best app for any type of fitness – Aaptiv: #1 Audio Fitness App Review

I never write reviews but feel compelled to write one for this app. This is my first week using tre app. This app has me motivated to work out everyday( almost every day) . I actually look forward to it ! I love the variety! Running is my favorite activity and I have tried a few of the running programs and so far I love it. I prefer running outside but today was hot and humid so I did the treadmill work out with Ackeem and I never once felt like giving up . He knows just what to say to keep you excited and wanting to try harder . I like that he reminds you of where your hands should be, how to hold your chest, landing on the forefoot not heal, and it really helps me that he lets you know how much time you have left . I need someone to tell me when it’s 1 min then 30 seconds , then 15 etc. Ackeem has great stretching workouts too for after the run. He’s my favorite so far. Tomorrow I plan on trying an elliptical work out. Saturday I am going to try a longer run than usual outside and then end my week with yoga. I can’t say enough about this app. I have never been so motivated to work out. I would recommend this app to anyone! My only criticism would be for the stretching workouts, the sample videos of how to do the stretches don’t match what they seem to be telling you to do. I would prefer to watch a video of the trainer while stretching so I know I am doing the stretch accurately . I also wouldn’t mind seeing some food plans on here as well. But overall this app by far offers the most fun work outs for all levels . If you want to have a more relaxing workout one day you can find one , if you’re ready for a challenge, you can find that too. Thank you to all the trainers at Aaptiv!
