Odd – The Battle of Polytopia Review

When do my catapults gain the ability to move and fire twice each turn like the ai? When do my warriors gain the ability to deal >10hp with each strike at basic level regardless of level, terrain, or tech? When do I gain the ability to create and move 2 or more units in each city each turn as the ai does? When do my archers gain the ability to kill any unit on the board, in any terrain, regardless of tech development, in two strikes at basic level like the ai?
