Used to be a great app – White Noise Ambience Lite Review

Use this app if you want something to jar you awake multiple times in the middle of the night. I see that a few other reviewers have had the same problem I’m having with this app. After years of working beautifully as a simple, free way to combat insomnia, the past year or 2 it will go through phases of suddenly going silent. You can start it up again but it will stop again at random times. There are also times when you will suddenly hear speaking from ads start up loudly and then cut off. All of this is extremely disruptive to sleep which defeats the whole purpose of using a white noise app. Why would you put ads with sound/voices in an app that’s suppose to be in use while people are sleeping and they are using your app to help them sleep? And why haven’t the creators of this app responded to any of the reviews that bring up these problems like I’ve seen some other white noise app administrators do when they get a review that brings up bugs to let the public know they are aware and fixing or trying to fix it? Disappointed and on the search for a free app that actually works elsewhere.
