Irritating Because No Rotations – Blockudoku - Block Puzzle Review

What is this? The app gives me only 3 formations at a time that I must use as they are because the app does not allow me to rotate the shapes neither 90 degrees, nor 180 degrees! Why? This is B.A.D. Bad, frustrating, irritating, NOT good!
