App has issues and will not work without data connection – Hornady Ballistics Review

My app is ok as long as it has a data connection. When it has not been used on a particular day and I am out of cell range the app goes to the start screen and then closes itself. It will not function when out in the field. If I start it with a data connection on a particular day it will continue to function most of that day without need for the connection the remainder of the day. It also deleted all my favorites when the app updated and had me sign n again. Now I know
