Failed on the first simple equation – Microsoft Math Solver Review

I gave it x(x-6)=0 from a page of Kumon. It thought about it for a while, then said something went wrong. I tried it again, this time it read the equation correctly, but said the answer was 0. Obviously, the answer is 0 or 6. I guess grade 8 algebra is too tough for Microsoft programmers. I tried installing the next free app on the list and it got the right answer.
