Helps a little bit – iHeadache - Free Headache & Migraine Diary App Review

It helps me remember my head aches better, but it it always tells me that it's either a migraine or it probably is, making my head ache worse. Another problem is that it's on my iPod and the lights make it worse but that's not their problem. Other than that it's good.
