Same Issue as most others... – JENSEN DSP AMP SMART APP Review

I just got the amp and it works just fine but like many of you my equalizer won’t allow me to click on it or access any of the other features. Not a bad price or product but with utilizing the equalizer I can have an even BETTER sound. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions please holler at me.
