Can’t activate subscription – Move X Review

I purchased a monthly subscription and it was deducted from my account. Apple clearly states that I’m subscribed. However, I can’t get past the subscribe splash screen in the app, there has been no tracking etc., du to the “lack” of subscription... the restore purchase button is greyed out or inactive... I even registered with my email and did the confirmation etc., just to get it working. Long story short: app seems scammy, poor-poor consumer management. Not to mention the waste of money for a month of nothing! Thank god, I didn’t trash my money for a whole year! It’s a shame!
