Doesn’t alert when something is back in stock – Karma | Shopping but better Review

The whole reason I downloaded this app was because it advertises that it will alert you when something out of stock comes back in stock. I have Saved multiple items and I have yet to receive one single alert when they came back in stock. Only to find out that they came in stock and sold out. I have reached out to customer service was told they would look into it and haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointing. Would love an app that would tell me when things are back in stock would gladly pay for it. This is not that app.
