What system? – Guitar Theory System - Note Finder Review

Maybe I just don't get it..it seems like it doesn't work. There isn't an explanation of anything? What system? It's not good at all. If I figure it out and it's me, I'll write an amazing review..at my first try, I would say its very poorly designed.
