Information Overload – HeartWatch: Heart Rate Tracker Review

The app is awesome. There’s so much detail and it’s so compressed it can be overwhelming. Some of it isn’t completely understandable like HRV. I know what it is but What’s a good number and what’s not so good? There should be a little more in depth explaining.
