Review of turbo Fax – Turbo Fax: send fax from phone Review

When user has ability to populate cover page (which I did with important information), it should also be viewable as being sent. Paid for 2 pages to be faxed but can only view 2nd page. If that option is not possible then user should be advised that the cover page will not be accessible for viewing as a disclosure
