Too bad I can't get this update – Spectrum News: Local Stories Review

My current phone is up-to-date but it's not 13 iOS. It would be nice if you would work it out for those of us who have not upgraded. I happen to like my phone and I'm not spending money yet on something that is going to cost a lot when this phone works just fine for me.
