Terrible backend service – Movies Anywhere Review

I am currently spending over 40 minutes trying to log in and watch the movies I PURCHASED from this place and I can not log it due to the fact I forgot my password. I have run through all the passwords on my notes for all my accounts anywhere and none work, so I asked to reset my password and gave them the email associated with my Xbox account and they have not sent a single email in the whole time of my quandary... I even tried multiple email addresses I have and none of them received a reset password email.. the back end service is terrible
