Unable to Sign-In to TV Provider – Freeform TV Review

I have been signed in with my TV provider for quite some time, then all of a sudden one day I got logged out and haven’t been able to connect my tv provider. Every time I click the button to connect, I get an authentication error code before ever even getting to put in my username and password. All of my other TV apps are linked to my TV cable provider, but Freeform isn’t working. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and whatever else I could find on Google, but nothing works. Haven’t been able to watch Freeform on my phone for about a week so far.
