Not getting my battle passes – Jungle Blast - Bubble Shooter Review

The past 3 times I have bought the $4.99 battle pass I am not getting them! Because of this I will find a new game! I AM SICK OF SPENDING $4.99 ON BATTLE PASSES AND NOT GET CREDIT FOR THEM! CANNOT REPORT BECAUSE IT ALWAYS SAYS SAFARI CANNOT CONNECT
