Accessing my photos without permision ? – YouTube Studio Review

Hello, there! Why my photos accessed without permision? I know this happing for a while but i ignore it. all the apps they can't access without my permision any time i want then go to setting turned on access. even youtube and google photos they can't access photos without my permision. since apple update the apps how they can access the photos ...selected photos, all photos or none. but even if i said none on setting for yt studio then go to yt studio to make sure if they still accessing, oh my gash, then click edit tumbnail it just show me all the photos. why accessing without permision? i did none on setting that means you can't access till gives you permision but the app still accessing. This makes me unsecure. I trust google but this app makes me unsecure. why the other google apps the don't but this one did access without permision. Please i need explanation. Thank you!
