Bugged out from the start – Grids: Giant Square, Templates Review

Downloaded free trial and cant use it, all create functions (plus signs) are deactivated, cannot unlock it, it’s frozen solid. Tried closing and opening the app back up, turned off the phone then back on again, no luck. Not good first impression is it? So no, not subscribing.
