No longer able to upgrade on older Apple products using iOS 12! – Spectrum News: Local Stories Review

Unfortunately....I get a message in my iPad Mini to upgrade to the new App. However, the upgrade fails because this device is not designed by Apple’s Planned Obsolescence Group, to upgrade to iOS 13. Perhaps your developers could address that issue. iPad works fine and really not planning to buy a new one right now. Guess I’ll use local TV station apps instead!!! Hope you figure out a solution.
