Customer support is non-existing – EVE Echoes Review

I just got done with a back and forth customer support experience that was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered with a game. Please know that in the event that you need support you are going to get non stop replies from this company that show they didn’t read a word of what you sent to them. It’s copy and paste city over there. And they didn’t even reply back within the context of the support complaint most of the time. Customer support for this game might as well not exist at all with how bad it is. I have uninstalled the app. With as many quality choices as we all have, I won’t be investing time and money where there is no support to back up the experience. Good luck to the rest of you.
