Communication Issues – HiWallet-Secure Bitcoin Wallet Review

I’ve never had a problem using this app until recently. I’ve reached out to the feedback/question tab twice and I still have yet to receive an answer. I keep trying to send btc and I get an error message every time & no one has contacted me to resolve it. There needs to be a better customer service option when issues like this arise.
