Can’t get a receipt; some items have no price – Ralphs Review

I’ve given the company feedback for months on this, but they haven’t fixed it: trying to get a receipt in the app results in a black screen with jibberish on it and freezes the app. There’s no way to find out if your coupons and credits (e.g. for returning an item) have been handled correctly. The problem is even worse when you use curbside pickup, because unless you specifically ask the employee when you arrive for a paper receipt, they won’t give you one. I’ve even asked for a paper receipt and been told that I can’t get one because of the system they use now for curbside pickup. VERY frustrating, and I’m possibly missing money (but I can’t know for sure, can I?) And another issue that started just recently: some items no longer tell you how much they cost. Price says something like “subject to change” (I can’t remember the exact wording, but if you order it, the price will come as a complete surprise on your total later). Other than this, I like the app. Other things on it work pretty well.
