Shame – RevivalApp Review

Shame on revival. When I lost my wife I called in because I desperately needed prayer, and someone to agree in prayer with me. What happened is that the wife of one of them (I won't say who), after going through a prayer, asked me to speak in tongues, that's not one of my gifts, plus in the bible it clearly states that if there isn't an interpreter then it isn't the work of God. Well this lady wouldn't let it go, she basically forced me to speak gibberish, and I'm ashamed that I was forced into that, I should have just rebuked her and hung up the phone. I have asked God to forgive me and I know He has. What she did was not an act of a Christian, in my opinion, it was the complete opposite of what a Christian should do with another one. But this ministry forced one of their brothers (me) to stumble. I will continue to pray for them, and urge everyone who downloads this app(or watches/listens to this ministry) to be very careful and vigilant when dealing with this church (personally I would say stay clear of it, but you have to see and discern for yourself). I emailed the pastor about what happened (that very night) and he never got back to me. God bless.
