Excellent Personalization, Questionable Function – Coffee Meets Bagel Dating App Review

I would like to start out with the most major positive, which is that CMB definitely allows users to dig deep into themselves by offering some truly insightful prompts. And this feature - really being able to get a glimpse of potential partners while simultaneously being able to offer a solid look at yourself - is what truly sets CMB apart from any other dating app I’ve used. Sadly, not everything runs so smoothly in terms of the code... Today (10/05) marks day two that I’ve not received the full number of Beans promised, despite logging in daily. Beans allow certain functions - liking someone not yet specifically shown to you in your list of Bagels, for example - to be accessed, so this is a pretty major flaw. Speaking of Bagels, today is the first time in three days that there wasn’t some issue with viewing my Bagels; if I remember correctly, on Saturday (10/03) maybe one or two profiles’ pictures loaded, but nothing more despite trying to log in on three separate occasions. I will note that the app is set to update to its latest version as I write this, so hopefully I’ll experience some improvements. If these bugs get worked out, CMB could easily become my new favorite dating app!
